Each day is a rich and precious gift from God, with new mercies and new opportunities. During the month of March many will celebrate Women’s history, The upcoming months of spring, and so many other wonderful initiatives. In everything that is to come may we remember to rejoice and be glad in it. Knowing that God has blessed us to see another day.
đź“° Highlights
During the month of February, some of the ways JHS has seen “Your Tithes at Work” are we provided $27, 602.04 in benevolence assistance to both members and non-members. This support included help with mortgage, rent, and utilities —meeting real needs and offering hope in meaningful ways.
And, as always we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated staff and volunteers, whose hard work and compassion made it possible to provide 9,315 meals to individuals and families in our community.
The goals and vision of the ROCK initiative remain consistent, and Eastern Star JEWEL Human Services is honored to lead the long-term strategies and plans that support it.
✨ Closing Thoughts
As we close out our March newsletter, we are reminded of God’s continual faithfulness and the strength He provides for every step of our journey. In this season of renewal, we hold fast to the promise found in Isaiah 40:31, which declares:
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint” —KJV
