The Center for Leadership Development College Readiness Workshop hosted by ESC

The Center for Leadership Development College Readiness Workshop hosted by Eastern Star Church will be held on April 8 at the Main Campus from 9 a.m - 1 p.m. This interactive workshop is for high school seniors and their parents/guardians to receive information about financial aid, scholarships, campus resources and transitioning to college life. This is mandatory for all applicants who are applying for the 2017 ESC Scholarship and their parents/guardians. At least one parent/guardian must attend the workshop. Click here to register today!

Community Development - Contractors Needed!

Eastern Star Church has an immediate need for professional residential contractors that are interested in either offering services at no cost, at a reduced cost or becoming a bidder on future community development projects. We are requiring qualified, certified residential new home contractors that specialize in the areas of:

Community Partner Announcements 

The Scroll Program
Scroll is a summer (July 22-30, 2017) institute for 16-17 year-old young men (rising high school juniors and seniors) that aims to deepen their theological understanding and its applicability to issues of public importance and to their own future endeavors.

2017 RAYBEN Young Minds Application
On Saturday, April 29 the Raytheon Black Employees Network (RAYBEN) will sponsor a Young Minds event for 6th - 12th grade students who attend Eastern Star Church. RAYBEN invites local youth to the Raytheon facility to participate in various activities geared towards generating an interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). The Young Minds event is a unique half-day experience, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Students will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and the opportunity to explore engineering at Raytheon. This experience is free of charge and students will be accepted until all slots are filled. The application deadline is March 31.
