This summer camp offers multiple opportunities for your child to stay both physically and mentally active. Through scheduled field trips and daily academics, your child(ren) will enjoy his/her summer!

Enrollment Information

How do I enroll?

  • Child(ren) must be at least age 5 and have completed Kindergarten
  • Submit NON REFUNDABLE  registration fee; $35.00 for single child, $50.00 for family
  • Must attend one (1) mandatory Parent Orientation Meeting (two (2) meetings are scheduled)
  • Must have no outstanding balances or prior collection activity with any JEWEL Educational Services Inc. entities

Camp information:

Registration fee includes two t-shirts (you may purchase additional t-shirts for $10.00 per shirt), HOT breakfast, HOT lunch and snacks, field trips and academic programming from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

Registration cost: $90 per week, $180 due the first week (June 8, 2018), which hold your space for your campers.

When are online payments due?

Online payments are due every Friday by 11:59 p.m.

Is there a late fee?

Yes, $25.00

How does the online payment process work?

JSEC registered parents will receive an email electronic invoice (secure, real-time validation and authorization of the account information). The email will included a "smart link" online payment form.  Simply click on the "Pay online" prompt in the lower right corner.  The screen will have a prepopulated form with your information. Correct any information and enter payment amount with credit card information.  A confirmation page will confirm your payment. Print a copy of the confirmation page for your records.

Which credit cards are accepted?

VISA, MasterCard, and debit cards issued by Visa or MasterCard. An additional charge will be assessed for online payments. 

What if I disagree with the balance due?

Please contact the Senior Accountant at (317) 591-5050 regarding your account.

What if the name and address on the credit card is different from what is shown when I click "Pay Online?"

You have the ability to change that information on the secure form at any time.

What should I do if I am not receiving the emailed invoices?

Check spam folder and add us to your address book. If problem persists, please contact Senior Accountant at (317) 591-5050 to verify email address on file.

No. The application fee is non-refundable.

What types of academics are offered?

The camps provide academics from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.  Each age group has an assigned day to rotate through academics. Academics include Math (Indianapolis Algebra Project), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), music/choir, art, and dance.

Is there a Parent Handbook?

Yes. You'll receive a Parent Handbook after enrollment confirmation.

What is a typical day at JSEC?

Although every day is new and different, the schedule below is what a camper may expect most days during their camp experience.

What are the hours of operation?

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Closed Wednesday, July 4)

What types of field trips are offered?

Each group will take approximately 12 field trips.  The field trips consist of swimming lessons at the YMCA, Indianapolis Indians baseball game, Indiana Fever basketball game, Eagle Creek Park (all day camping experience with kayaking, rowing, nature trail walk, fishing and summer safety), community service project, Sky Zone, horseback riding, college tours (12-13 years old only), skating and bowling. More field trips will be posted as they become available and confirmed.

What are the extracurricular activities? All classes are offered 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
