Mission: Make individual contributions to selected community service
agencies and other selected agencies.
Activities: A full day of volunteer service to complete repairs,
paint, plant, remodel, etc.
Christmas Under-A-Star
Mission: Provide food, gifts and love to needy families during
the holiday.
Activities: Identify families, match with ESC families and prepare
food baskets.
Clothing Pantry

Mission: Provide clothing to families in need.
Activities: Accepting donations, sorting clothes, and assisting
clients in making clothing choices.

to a number of community service agencies/organizations that meet
the health, education and welfare needs of families we serve.

Mission: To reach the lost for Christ through evangelism, street ministry, feeding homless, visiting nursing homes and neighborhood outreach.

Emergency Assistance Program (Benevolence/Professional)
Mission: Provide emergency assistance and
professional services to families in need such as crisis intervention
and referrals.
Activities: Rent, utility and food assistance, and referrals to
community partners for housing and other services.
Health & Wellness Event
Mission: Provide health, education, recreation,
and awareness.
Activities: Food, entertainment, and no cost access to information,
lectures, workshops, screenings and services.
Food Pantry
Mission: Provide food to the needy.
Activities: Selecting food from Gleaner's
Food Bank, stocking, and filling food orders/requests.
Higher Power Prayer
Support & 12-Step Program
Mission: Provide the spiritual foundation and support for individuals
who desire to be free from the struggle of drugs and alcohol.
Activities: Bible study, prayer, testimonials, support partners
and support meetings.
JEWEL Foreign Missions
Mission: Support the efforts of foreign missions.
Activities: Provide support for: 1) A clinic,
school and orphanage in the village of Feeteah in Liberia, West
Africa; 2) Seminary training for students annually in third world
countries through Overseas Council partnership; 3) Development
of a ministry and school in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Scholarship
Mission: Provide annual financial support to colleges/universities
Activities: Financial contributor
Share-A-Sack
Mission: Partner with Gleaner's Food Bank to provide monthly food
parcels to eligible seniors.
Activities: Selecting food from Gleaner's Food Bank.
Thanksgiving Community Gift of
Love
Mission: Recognize and honor a local community ministry or agency
with a financial contribution on Thanksgiving Day.
Activities: Select and coordinate presentation of selected organization.
