Mission
To develop, encourage and celebrate strong Christian
marriages by focusing on Biblical principles, continued accountability,
fellowship and mutual encouragement.
Vision
We are a ministry of excellence that teaches couples
God's perfect will for marriages. This is accomplished through
ongoing ministerial efforts, including regular meetings, small-group
interactions, and outreach ministry involvement.
Structure
The basic structure of "The BOMB" is threefold:
regular scheduled meetings, smaller accountability
groups, and supporting events. Please refer to the Sunday bulletin for upcoming meeting dates and times.
"B.O.M.B." General Sessions:
General sessions will serve as a well-rounded approach in setting
the foundational principles of God’s order and design for
marital relationships. With interactive group participation, workshops
and break-out sessions on the agenda, each monthly gathering is
sure to instill a sense of synergy in how healthy marriages are
built in the local Indianapolis and surrounding communities. These
sessions will be held on the second Saturday of each month.
Small Groups: All couples registered
for "The BOMB" will be assigned to a small group to
discuss marital topics from a Christ-centered perspective. Its
overall purpose is to offer a warm, inviting atmosphere that fosters
accountability, fellowship and biblical application amongst a
group of Christian peers. Each will consist of eight to ten couples
with one couple being the lead-facilitators. These groups will
meet monthly as determined by each small group.
Supporting Events: Not only
will "The BOMB" couples be transformed in their marriage
and relationship with God, but they will also have plenty of FUN
doing it! With retreats, seminars, workshops, extracurricular
activities and outreach collaborations all planned, couples will
surely benefit from the well-rounded approach this ministry will
have on marriages.
