Room Request Procedures
(for ESC ministries and JCA only)
1. Please fill out this form at least 5-10 business days in
advance to request a meeting.
Please fill out this form 30-60 days in advance
to request a special event.
A "meeting" is defined as an occasion fulfilling
two (2) or more of the following criteria:
1. Can be accommodated in a classroom setting, 2. Can be accommodated
in a boardroom setting, 3. Less than 100 attendees or, 4. Utilizes
3 rooms or less.
A "special event" is defined as an occasion fulfilling
two (2) or more of the following criteria:
1. Uses combination of classrooms and large communal rooms,
2. More than 100 attendees, 3. Open to the entire congregation,
4. Open to the public or, 5. Requires special room set-up or,
6. Requires 4 rooms or more.
2. Please print out a copy of your completed request for your
records (landscape format)
3. Press "submit"
4. Your request will be processed in the order received.
5. A confirmation or denial will be issued to you via e-mail.
6. If your room request is for a special event, you will need
to complete the
Public Relations Agreement
for Special Events form, in person at the church.
Notification for meetings is issued within five (5)
business days.
Notification for special events is issued within ten
(10) business days.
