Significance of Baptism

Eastern Star Church believes that all of God’s people should be baptized after accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior (Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:4). Believers are not saved through baptism, however, baptism is the outward symbol of an inward commitment to Christ. The sermon snippet below explains the significance of baptism.

Baptismal services are open to members and member candidates who have not been baptized by full submerging. Registration is required. Click here to complete a baptism form or call (317) 591-5050 ext. 221.
