“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” - Proverbs 23:7
What does think differently mean? To think differently means we are to be intentional with our thoughts. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. To produce new results, we must give birth to different thoughts. The ‘Think Differently’ Bible Study series is designed to bring light to our actions, attitudes, and thoughts which are all shaped by the way we think. Intentional thinking helps us think differently, and God’s Word gives us the power to do so.
How can one think differently? Read God’s Word daily. 2 Corinthians 10:5 encourages us to “destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.” During the ‘Think Differently’ series we will discuss family dysfunction, negative thoughts, strongholds, and our identity in Christ.
Think Differently series ends on July 26. Bible Study is held on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at the Fishers Campus, Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at the Main Campus, and Thursdays at 7 p.m. at the Cooper Road Campus.
